Yeah, the Cosmetology Institute of America is coming to town, and in true CIA fashion they’re implementing their tried and true guerrilla style marketing tactics. Some say it’s too clever, but I, for one, think these dishes are the perfect example of a great conversation starter.
Yep. It’s either that or some tongue-in-cheek social commentary on our violations of privacy in true Banskyesque form.

The second photo is the dish near Melting Pot.
The top photo was taken at the city surveillance building.
But I don’t think CS Utilities added the spray paint. Just some witty and/or paranoid vandals?

Having witnessed the install of one the dishes, I can assure you that is just good ol’ street art. If anyone has identified any more of these, please let me know.
