So what does it mean when I, bopping merrily through a downtown alley, come across what appears to be two spent .22 shells alongside one other unspent shell? Does it mean that we are finally so urban and streets that casual gunfire peppers our avenues? Or that I should be frightened that so many PTSD-plagued veterans carry guns? Good times.
