Christians are crazy!

So Salon reported today that a fundamentalist Christian group is blaming (guess what?) abortion for the truly appalling loss of life, property and history in New Orleans, courtesy of that bitch, Katrina. Their proof? A satellite image of a hurricane kinda looks like a fetus if you manipulate the color. Abortion is apparently also to blame for commas, sperm, the letter "Q" and, apparently, fetuses -- this ridiculousness based on the fact that Louisiana has ten locations where women can legally obtain an abortion, fewer than a great deal of states, even in the South. Our point? God is a fucking tard.

Is this why, to my knowledge, the religious right, especially Dobson, Haggard & co haven't stepped up offering any major support? You'd think they would take this opportunity to try to get a few thousand Godless Heathens under their thumb to turn them into slaves for christ.
