Last year when Samsung launched Galaxy s8, we experience a stunning infinity display in it but to make the device unique Samsung now decide to give a Flexible display. Till now no other brand offered this but it could be present in galaxy s9. Making such a display is a big task for a company as the company should have to focus on both pixels’ quality and size. S9 has a 5.9-inch Full HD display with a pixel size up to 4k. Polymer technology has been used in display due to which phone can squeeze up to 60 degrees.
How Much Will It Cost You?
Due to this HI tech features price tag will be much more than expected. Both these editions will cost you more than 900 $ USD Each. Due to the High price tag, a mini edition might be launched but currently, it is not confirmed yet.
Camera Features
Galaxy s9 will Support 22 Mp back camera which is capable of rec video up in 4k. The quality of the front-facing camera is also far better than any other smartphone. Samsung may add Nigh vision mode in the rear camera which will help this phone to capture photos even in low light.
OS & Processor
A few days back Samsung said that they are giving 2.5 GHz octa-core processors in s9, For the first time ever Company put Snapdragon 845 chip inside this phone which will increase the performance of this phone for sure. On the other hand, the Operating system of the Galaxy s9 will be Android 8.0 Oreo. A user is now able to open two applications at the same time as this android version giving the 2x fast performance. Samsung also giving 8 GB Ram this time to speed up the device.
Memory & Battery
Samsung didn’t take battery performance seriously as 4500 mah battery is present in this phone, however, officials already said that the device will give 2x more battery performance than any other phone but we can’t say anything at the moment. On the other hand, 256 GB Internal memory option is available for Galaxy s9
Samsung Galaxy S9 Release Date
If you look at the previous 8 editions then most of them are launched in April and we expect that S9 will also release by April 2018. In 2018 Samsung’s main competition will be with iPhone 9, Now it is interesting to see how many units do Samsung able to sell this time.
